I fell into a situation where I can purchase a house but need to get rid of my bike to free up my debt to income ratio.

The bike is still new w/35 miles.... not a scratch or issue with it .. all stock

I'm located in San Diego and am aware of the prices SoCal dealers are charging (no one is selling without a mark up).

If I can get 23,500 for the bike I'll let it go.

2 days, that didn't take long. Your bike had about 160 miles less than mine will after its first ride home from the dealership. So it was for all intents and purposes its brand new. Enjoy the new house, and get a 2013 1199, might have some kinks worked out too, and some new fangled electronic gizmo the wizards at Ducati cook up . . .
