Sorry, was probably my fault, at one time I asked my shipping department about shipping some oil to a customer and was told we couldn't do it, maybe that was you? Turns out I found out later, what they were telling me is we can't ship oil via AIR shipping (such as UPS 2nd Day Air, etc.) but it can be shipped GROUND with no problem. So yes, we can and do ship oil (such as the "oil change kits" containing the OEM Shell Advance oil, filter and gaskets).
