For your reference and viewing pleasure here is my 2023 Panigale V4 base

Mods

Engine:
Stm dry clutch conversion.
Working on installing the SC Project S1-GP full exhaust, ais delete, block off plates, and 2 wheel dyno works tune this winter
Mobil 1 15w-50 full synthetic
K&N oil filter
Going to ask 2wdw for a recommendation for the air filter when I confirm exhaust/tank fitment compatability

Drivetrain:
Marchesini wheels
520 conversion with v4extreme cush drive delete
15/43 sprockets
Will probably get a quick change front axle kit next time the forks go in for service or spider light weight captive spacer kit with ti axle if I can find one that will fit.

Suspension:
K tech trds-r shock and fork cartridges
Waiting for Evol Technology to make me a set of adjustable offset triple clamps color matched to the rearsets and clipons

Ergonomics:
Evol technology sbk rearsets (kickstand deleted) and clipons
Waiting for evol technology to make me a set of color matched lever guards but might go with woodcraft because they are very nice and priced reasonably
Domino rbw throttle grips and buttons combo
Jetprime kill switch
CRG carbon levers
Rade Garage tank with dry break fuel line
Quick release gas cap

Electronics:
Waiting for a good deal on an i2m dash or for them to come out with a new one which they said is not likely.

Brakes:
Might go for a rear integrated reservoir master cylinder and abs delete.
Might go for brembo t drive rotors up front and sicom carbon rotor rear.

Miscellaneous:
Mirror block off plates
Bicycle battery powered smart tail light
Titanium bits and pieces here and there

So far 415lbs no gas with oem exhaust

I'm not sure how to edit the post but have an update and correction

Forgot to add GB case covers to the engine mod list

Forgot to add antigravity battery to the electronics mod list.

The rbw throttle is jetprime not domino

New parts on order

Samco thermostat delete radiator hoses. This must be a new offering because I thought the only way to delete the thermostat was with the aluminum adapter or a racing radiator kit like the h2o that comes with its own custom hoses. This kit ends up being less expensive, fewer hose clamp points, and likely lighter overall.

Rear abs delete and going to attempt to swap out the rear brake fluid reservoir with a simple clear line with plug. While I would prefer the suter master cylinder, $550 is a bit much and I would rather put that money towards something else.

Spider light weight front wheel spacers

Wish list:

I found a good deal on a translogic quick shifter and wanted to order one of them.

Want to get a Sato titanium axle but not sure if it will be the correct size. I tried to fit a v4evo ti axle and it was 0.005" too big and wouldn't slide in, so I don't want a repeat of that.

Also want to do the adjustable swing arm pivot conversion. Haven't found anything second hand and just waiting for a good deal to pop up.

Eventually will take an inventory of fasteners to order from proti. I don't want to order just a few bolts at a time so as I make progress with digging deeper into the build I'll place one big order and maybe lose another half lb.

A 1/4 turn fastener kit would be nice but not sure if I want to buy a full track fairing kit just yet. Will wait to see if the exhaust is a good fit then see what my options are. The factory fairings are annoying.

How are you liking the TRDS shock and cartridges?
My order for the Ohlins TTX was delayed and I’m now considering the TRDS Shock after being told by my local suspension tuner that it’s much better than the TTX.

I might consider cancelling the order and going with the TRDS and eventually getting the fork catridge kit also.

I think it's nice. I have not got the shock fully sorted out yet. Forks feels great. Most suspension at this level can be tuned to feel about the same. Just pick what color you like. The ohlins on my 1199s with shock link set to linear feels like a magic carpet ride compared to the trds. Not sure how much of that has to do with the v4 shock link geometry.

Thanks for the feedback. Do you ride track or street mostly?
The TRDS shock is almost U$1000 more than the TTX so with your feedback I may just stick with the Ohlins.

Consumer Ktech is built better than consumer Ohlins (pro Ohlins is on another level). Ktech hard anodizes all key functioning parts whereas Ohlins only anodizes certain parts. A Ktech shock can go longer on service intervals and will be more consistent over time than the Ohlins. But you're talking marginal. Performance is the same when it comes to damping

ive only heard good things...we got a couple world class tuners here in Austin and each has told me Ktech is great....
