Has anyone seen any aftermarket pegs yet being offered?

The stock ones are a bit slick. A couple of times while in a lean, and the pegs heavily weighted by foot has slipped. The pegs simply don't have a lot of grip in my opinion.

*I just answered my question.* I'm seeing a few things being offered already.

I bought the oberon performance ones (race pattern in titanium grey). They arriverd yesterday and are really nice quality. Haven't had time fit them yet, but they're going to be much more grippy.

Details here: Ducati Racing Foot Pegs

You need FPR-0021 for the front and FPR-0055 for the passenger pegs.

Good call just ordered some, also had them on my street fighter should have remembered that - I've have a bit of trouble with boots slipping on the pegs hope this will sort it.

Awesome! Thanks for the info.

The stocks pegs just don't cut it for me. There not bad, but already I've had some issues with them.

Thanks again!

Agreed, stock pegs are definitely not grippy......my boots have slipped off a few times while riding......they need some knurling!

Mmm these don't look any grippier at all, look exactly the same just probabaly bit stronger. Why can't they do a round peg with 360 degree grip, like the actual rear sets..?

They're a lot more grippy. Unlike the Ducati ones which are cast and have smooth bumps for grip, these are machined and have much sharper edges on the serrations. This isn't to say they're poorly finished, they are beautifully made and real quality. They have a rizoma like feel about them.

They come in two parts, a bright silver part that attaches to the bike and the coloured/anodised foot peg. I'd recommend some thread lock on the bolt that holds the two parts together. Fitting the rear ones is a real pig as there's a spring and ball bearing involved. If you're clumsy you'll never see the ball bearing again! Not sure about the rider ones, I think they have a different spring mechanism as you don't need to flip them up like the rear ones. Haven't fitted them yet.
