It was time to slash n' slice some parts again.
1. Riding position.
I did this mod 1 1/2 weeks ago and visited track last weekend. Superior improvement to my taste. I have injured my body severely in the past racing motorcycles. Left shoulder is the only remaining problem and with original clip on position it was a struggle to put my head down and low on the left side. So I had to open up clip ons. I measured, that I can open them up about 10 degrees. In clip on, there is a machined slot for tumbler in upper yoke. Easy task, widening the slot.

All together 20 degrees more open. So much better for me now. Only minus was that since steering damper is attached to clip on, I had to limit tunning angle a bit. But these limiters are also adjustable and did not notice this even in the tight parking garage at work.
2. GoldWinging
I'm soon leaving on vacation. First two weeks with Pani into Alps and prettiest roads in the Europe. First I and my fr iend will be driving through fabulous German autobahns as fast as we can. So plenty of 300kmh traveling. Only a small tank bag with map, rainsuit and a bottle of water. The rest of the luggage must be located on a passenger seat tightly. But seat in only for small ang tight ...... Just the right kind - but bad for luggage.

So I decided to visit local motorcycle accessories warehouse, Ikea. It just so happens, they sell Panigale luggage rack. Strangely enough in kitchen ware. But reasonable price 4,99€.

As all Ikea stuff, this also had to be assembled at home. No mercy for rear seat, ripped away lining.

Then I drilled 16mm holes around the rack. One big that they thought in Ikea just isn't enough for spider web hooks. I happened to have 20mm thick plastic bar at home, I used that for spacers between seat and rack. Then put 4 6mm bolts to join them.

I'm considering that if I cut away pieces from the rack, I could use only 5mm spacers. Some parts of the seat bottom are higher, cut away those areas and the luggage would be 15mm lower.
Laugh away, but it works well in speed. I've had similar solution in previous bikes, and no worries going 300 in the autobahn.
