I run the PCV with Autotune and will fit the Ignition module as well as soon as somebody buys my CW slip on (amazing bargain in classifieds). I am very chuffed with it. It works with two wide band lamdas and my fuelling is now downright perfect. Lots of power everywhere.

I have it on my termignoni set up,
I am looking to have a PC tuner look at it after summer and see if it's set up properly,, no problems but, I have not compared w/wo so I'm sorry for that..

I have the RapidBike Racing module and it was worth the money! I can't compare it to the PC but I've used them before on other bikes and the RapidBike has the functionality I want and it smoothed the bike out through the rpm range.
Might be worth looking into. There are plenty of threads here comparing the two systems.
