I am so jealous and excited dude. I want to see the finished product. Its gonna be sick.......

Just completed fabrication of the custom aluminium bottom plate cover for the CDT carbon shortened tail tidy which was then powder coated and also modified the indicators to suit. Very pleased with the end results. The plate completely seals the aperture below which was otherwise open to the elements and also hides the wiring. Will be fitting it tomorrow to test electrical functionality. This will complete the electrical wiring on the project.

Real nice job. Love the gloss carbon.

I have completely overhauled and updated the website. Let me know your thoughts or if you spot any issues....Topo

Small issue, umm how do I say this. Ummm. No pics of the final product yet and my eyes are having withdrawals from new and completed pics.

Then that makes two of us! Still waiting on the last two pieces of carbon bodywork to arrive which should have been this week, then it will be after Christmas now before the paintwork can begin. I will try and upload some more pics of various other parts shortly. Apologies for the absence of any new ones lately.

All good just raggin on you. Im watching it piece by piece trying to visualize the end product. I cannot wait to see it done. Are you going to post a parts list when its done?

Yes that's something I am planning to do. Not sure yet how best to go about it, but it will probably be in a PDF format & split into categories so anyone that is interested can click on one they want to view rather than have to read through one enormous list, in much the same way as I have set out each stage of the project so far.

have you got the Oz rims on hand and done a weight comparison? I have those wheels on my R1 and would be interested in how they stack up compared to the OEM S rims....they sure as .... look good!

They are actually marginally heavier, but I didn't buy them to save weight, simply that I was never a lover of the stock "chicken feet" wheels.
