They look like: Apex 4" Riser Clip-on Set with 7/8" Bar

You can get them in 3" or 4" rise versions, both of which can be dropped to minimum or lifted, rotated on the fork, have adjustable drop, etc. STG has a review of these on their site.

Yup, had forgotten about those. Probably interchangeable for most users with the Apex ones, but the Convertibar bar attachments look more robust, just in case you're taking up 2-up stunting...
