anyone on here going to or interested in this day I will be coaching with Indy Ducati/commonwealth
It's Sunday 5-24-15
 
I plan to attend. Just got a 2013 1199R. Have not been to the track in about 10yrs. Raced WERA for a couple of years. Purchased a 2008 1098 to track but a bus out in front of me while putting on break-in miles. Long story short....i am easing back into it. Look forward to catching up with u.
 
Won't be to this one as having a one-month old little .... precludes it. Hopefully in July I can make it.

and Tack i'll see you there... i'll be pitted at the north end of the garages under a brown ezup behind a trailer and ford raptor..
unsure because of weather if I will have the 1199 or my R6...
 
yea...i saw the forecast. What happens if it rains? I have practiced/raced in the rain but i am not sure how track days are treated. I would rather not have my 1st ride on the R to be in the wet, but if there is no raincheck or reschedule, I am out there! See u there!
 
If it rains you still run - if you want. Personally I don't bother as it's not fun for me. That being said I have yet to lose a whole day at Putnam due to weather - and it rained about every day I went last year. I lost a morning once as it rained until about noon, but after that things dried out and the track was fine.
 
Correct just like racing unless it's a tornado. . We will run every session torrential downpour or not... so be prepared if you prepaid.. There are no Rain checks.

If it's raining I'll be on my white 1199.
If it's dry I'll be on my r6
 
Also agree that putnam is grippy though in the wet.. obviously caution should be exercised. .. turn 4 and 8 eat bikes even when not wet so extra caution should be used there...
 
Roger that. Won't prepay next time. Thanks for the info gents. I will be there unless I want to eat $180. Looking forward to at least a couple dry sessions. Thanks again and see u guys there.
