Handed in my bike to the local Ducati dealership for the third time in 2 months with the same QS issue. Changing gears up and down with the QS seems flawless, - except for shifting down from 5th to 4th gear. When hitting the gear, the lever feels stuck (as if you were trying to change down when you are in 1st gear). Sometimes it will eventually change after 4-5 kicks, but sometimes I will have to use the clutch to get down in gear. The problem is a bit on/off in nature, so for some rides it seems ok, and then suddenly will begin again. The two first times the dealership has changed the QS (electronics), but when riding the bike, the problems feels more mechanical in nature (as opposed to electronical). Dealership is not sure of the reason, but lets see. If anyone have any similar experience or ideas, please do share.
