Question About Steering Stem Hole on Panigales

If something falls down the little hole in the center, how would I be able to retrieve it?

Would appreciate a solution (not saying that I dropped something in there, just seems to be good knowledge)
 
Look up from the bottom, there is a small plastic piece you can pull out that open the tube. Same place a steering stem front stand goes

So its just a hollow tube that goes all the way through?
 
I had that happen, I found a small person who of course had a small ladder, problem solved.
