Quickshifter improvement?

The upshift on the 1299 seems pretty good (could be better), but the downshift has so far eluded my attempts to master! The upshift works quite well on a short-shift; a little hard on shifts under a lot of power (expected). Sometimes downshift works OK, sometimes no shift but a Throttle Blip (speedup) etc. Seems like downshifts need some work.

Is it merely more time required of me to develop better technique, or should I look into something like Translogic QS kits?

Try removing or repositioning them. They may interfere with the full closed throttle, meaning your throttle is never really closed.

Yeah don't waste your time with the OEM shifter sensor its garbage so get the Translogic. I ran the old ones for quite some time they worked but got sloppy quick. Been running one of the new versions for months now its a better improved design so here is the correct part number for the 1299.
