Still a very new guy to the 1299 S. I've used BMW quickshifters for years, the most recent being a Gen 3 S1000RR. Both the up and down QS worked well and required only a bit of technique.
The upshift on the 1299 seems pretty good (could be better), but the downshift has so far eluded my attempts to master! The upshift works quite well on a short-shift; a little hard on shifts under a lot of power (expected). Sometimes downshift works OK, sometimes no shift but a Throttle Blip (speedup) etc. Seems like downshifts need some work.
Is it merely more time required of me to develop better technique, or should I look into something like Translogic QS kits?
