You would need the correct mounting hardwear to get it to fit, there may be a slightly different subframe, but you would need to check part numbers
I do have a panigale SSTK exhaust that bolts straight on if interested

Ive talked to someone who did it on a 1299s. I was thinking of putting the SL race kit on my FE but mine and yours are close the same wheelbase. The SL is .75” longer
He had to change the rearsets for clearance, he had to hammer the pipe where the back tire was for clearance, and he had to modify the kick stand mount for clearance.
Also there is no “kit”, he had to buy the exhaust and the bellypan separate. Said it cost between 4,500-5,000 £
The FE race exhaust would only require different rearsets on the 1299s going off him saying(or assuming) the FE and the SL have the same rearsets.
If you look at the FE race exhaust it is dented from the factory at the kickstand area and the rear tire area for clearance, the SL race exhaust does not come dented at those two spots.

Thank's, I bought already the System, its actually the Panigale 1299 FE Acra Race Exhaust. Just would like to know the problems I might run into to make it fit to the Panigale 1199R 2015.
So the FE System should fit then.
The rearsets(footpeg assm) might be different, but other than that it should fit.
Me looking at my pegs im not sure what's different but maybe the ones on the fe's are higher than yours
Thanks, that sounds good. Using the woodcraft rear sets now, but have good access to machine shops if I require any mods.
I also ordered the heat shield of the FE as well.
If all works out good might see you at Thunderhill soon.

I have had the up map installed already also the new system came with the Ducati up map for the FE but they appeared to be the same.
I had the underbelly race system installed on the 15R before, but I don't think there will be a noticeable difference if any. More less just looks and sound and the sound is sure something puts a big smile on your face. It seems that it revs faster no proof just feeling. Will see out on track.
