Would the Rapidbike module fit 1299S? If yes, I’ll take it.

I am not sure but very much doubt it, perhaps the hardware but would need to be reprogrammed

Hi I'm interested in the rapid bike. What is the stories bypass? Any idea if I have to reprogram it for an 1199 with full homologated Akra exhaust?

text corrector ....... it is "adori" bypass adapter, you insert in the harness to disconnect the unit, allows you to eliminate the unit's intervention, as if the bike was in stock settings.
