I have just installed my new Rabidbike Race module.

I ´m not sure what base map to use for my configuration:
Full Termi
Ducati Performance Up-map (Racing Evo)
MWR HE filter

What base map do you guys recommend for my configuration??

Thanks

Froggypimp,
If you have purchased your Rapid Bike Racing from proper channels , such as an official RB dealer, you don't need to do anything, it should have a proper map for your application. If you're not sure , please contact your dealer and I am sure they will be able to help you out. Or I can help you out as well.

Especially, in the case of having a RB Racing, what you need to worry about is the ignition mapping and tuning, each RB map is modification specific, you shouldn't just pick and choose! On the other hand, you didn't buy a PCV or Bazzaz where you really need to worry about mapping and with the RB system you can zero out your entire fuel injection mapping and go for a ride 200-300 miles, you will have pretty much a perfect base map starting from scratch.

Best,
Y.T.

I bought the RB module second hand. Thats why I ´m not 100% sure of what basemap to use.

Is it:
1199 12 mod1: Full Termi - ECU reflashed
1199 12 mod2: Full Termi - ECU DP
1199 12 mod3: Full Termi - reflash ECU - DP uploaded

I just need to know what basemap to start with. I know that the fuel maps will be spot on after riding the bike for a session or two on the track.

Thanks again - it is much appreciated:)

Ok, here it is.
1199 12 mod1: Full Termi - ECU reflashed. use this map, if you have full termi, your ecu has the latest Ducati update (means, your dealer checked and updated the ecu with latest software update from ducati), but NO UPMAP

1199 12 mod2: Full Termi - ECU DP. Use this map if your bike is an 2012 and has never been checked to see if you have the latest Ducati ecu update , but your termi system came with upmap and it is installed.

1199 12 mod3: Full Termi - reflash ECU - DP uploaded. Use this map if you have the latest ecu update and your termis came with upmap.

I think, the Ducati ECU update came up mid 2012 and was needed for the earlier 2012 bikes, if you have 2013 no need to worry !

Dimsport calls ECU updates "reflash" not an actual famous ECU flashes that we know of :)

DP uploaded means upmap uploaded.

When you select the proper map, open it and send it, then click on save in FLASH (very important) then you are good to go, also check under the auto adaptivity tab, make sure O2 sensor slider is at 42, start correction is at 3000RPM, max enrichment +12 , max enleanment -10 , make sure to click on apply before leaving the screen.

don't forget to click on save in flash before disconnecting the USB cable.

Thanks
Yaman

Is there any way you can see if the ECU has been reflashed? I ´ve a 2012 imported from England with all services done.
Can i expect that it has been reflashed then??
