Want To Buy Rear shock, 2001 Monster 750

I bought a 2001 Monster 750 recently and then discovered the rear shock was blown. I'm interested in a used replacement in good condition. Do you have one you're willing to part with?

Check on Ebay. I found this one for $97.99. But it shows for 2002 to 2007. Call your local Ducati dealer and ask the parts department if the 2002 rear shock will fit the 2001. If the swing arm didnt change I dont see why it wouldnt fit. Sometimes the part #s are different from year to year because they may have upgraded something on the rear shock. But it would still fit. Thanks, I’ll keep my eyes peeled on eBay. FYI, I believe the suspension linkage changed in 2002 and the ‘02+ shocks are slightly shorter (I have heard 305mm vs 330mm) as well.
