Rear shock Rebound adjuster? Where is it.

So I was looking at the manual to understand how to adjust the rear rebound. However the diagram in the manual doesnt show exactly what I see on the rear shock absorber. What gives?
First photo is what is shown in the manual Cannot upload what I see because file size is “too large”. But there are No sort of turning mechanism at all

The manual is wrong. Its at the bottom of the shock but it looks different. Its only accessible from the left side.
