have built a few if its a rebuildable salvage title it can be rebuilt but will have to be inspected for road use or to get tiltl changed if passes it will come back as a rebuilt title, make sure though there are some scrap or parts only titles which can not be rebuilt. This is in Indiana may want to call bmv in your state and ask.
