Release dates on Ducat V4 base / S?

I've been reading / going over all the recent threads and trying to find out if it was mentioned any where on when the bikes will actually be arriving to the states?

Thinking about pre-ordering one but not 100% sure when, or if I should wait for the first couple batches to get their issues figured out.

Bought a 2008 Mitsubishi evolution 10, the first year they came out and had a ton of issues until around late 2010. Granted this isn't a turd Mitsubishi but...

Hit a deer on my 1199 and totaled the bike and have been waiting for the v4 to come out!

I apologize if this was gone over. Was going to stop at my local Ducati store today but they are closed.

February first shipment. Check with your dealer as they have monthly allocations for the first few months so depending on how long the deposit line up is, you may have to wait longer.

In France, December, Model S, and start of standard year, special in March

At first I heard Speciale in March and then S & base. Now hearing S & Base with Speciale coming later. My dealers rep has yet to get back to them after Ducati rep conference call on 11/30 so not sure yet. Also someone posted that they are asking for 10% down on the Speciale.

I was offered the first Speciale at my dealer and the deposit was $500, fully refundable. So maybe that's a dealer-by-dealer thing.

That was me. I went to a different dealer and put down $500.

$500 makes sense and I know in Cali there is no such thing as a non-refundable deposit. I guess May just gives more time for me to save money for extra goodies. Anyone get a US price on the gold mag wheels?

They told me and I forgot. I want to say $3900 but I could be wrong.

I bought my set for about 4k USD back in 2013.
