Nice to point that out(Rtfm) but it would be much better if it was like several hundreds mile ahead not 6,870 miles and on @ every key turn on. just saying.

Your poorly written first post simply tells us that you weren't aware of it.
The manual explains why and when that message is displayed... thus, making you aware of it.
If you're just annoyed, perhaps a more clearly worded post would help.

LOL not its all good! I read the manual all over thoroughly and also have a download it to my computer. Like it so far, No complaint to this bike.
But its kinda annoying, a what the heck, I can live with it.

Well hopefully they will come out with an update that you can set your own intervals for when you want to do and oil change, now thats a unique feature.
