Like the title says, how do you begin to remove the rear disc using a rear paddock stand?! The stand uses the tube that has to be removed in order to undo the disc,am I right?

Please help someone

My stand can be used either side, but where the stand slides into, thats the part that needs to be removed in order to remove the disc?!

Going back to my Streetfighter manual, you have to remove the rear wheel as well as the sproket and eccentric hub. Then you can unbolt the disc from the stub axle. I assume you will have to loosen the wheel nuts on each side then prop up the rear end somehow.

Yeah thats what I was thinking! Do you think itl be ok to rest the bike on some blocks of wood via the exhaust slip-ons with someone balancing the bike?!

Another genius Italian balls up with the design of a single sided swing-arm!

I have balanced the bike on blocks of wood when I switched my rear from F to P. I let the bike rest on the cans. Dunno how long the bike would stay that way or if damage would occur. Mine has been fine and it sat on the blocks for a few hours. For balance, I had it on a front stand.
