Just got a flat and need to take the wheels off so I can go to the shop and have them replaced. Anyone have a video of removing front and rear wheels? I am mechanically disabled and have never done it before.

Thanks

Still waiting.....14 months. Just kidding we get a different card here in Australia which is plastic like a credit card

so do we, I couldn't find a pic of one online so i clipped that from the Ducati website. I haven't used it yet (have owned a Duc for 4 years) - I assume they have agreements with local dealerships to come get you?

-- that'd be the wrong assumption - it is the local tow truck company, close to the area your bike is located

I've had my bike 3 months and have not received anything at all from Ducati. Should I inquire with the dealer?

I ended up calling then even though I haven't receier my card yet. They came relatively quickly and brought my bike in for me free if charge. Only downside is that you must bring it to an authorized dealer as opposed to a local mechanic shop.
