Hello. My clutch is leaking from the slave cylinder and I want to replace it. Should I buy new OEM or aftermarkets are bette r? If aftermarket, whihc one ?

Is rebuilding the stock one an option? Service manual shows that the piston has one o-ring.

When mine failed the Ducati tech said that they were common. He recommended Ducabike and CNC. I'm sure any of the 3 mentioned would work well and longer than the OEM.ive had the CNC for a few years now with no extra bleeding bar the annual fluid change.

The slave cylinder piston diameter affects the lever pull effort and the amount of pressure plate movement. To avoid clutch disengagement problems such as difficulty find neutral at a stop, I recommend that no larger than a 30 mm diameter slave be used with Ducati clutch master cylinders. 29 mm is preferable.

(CNC Racing slave is 29 mm)
