Brand new, I installed them on the bike and did not care for the heel guards on them. I literally didn't even take 1 single ride or put a shoe on the pegs. I found a set of DP rear sets locally and bought those yesterday instead. Dealer restock fee is 20%, no thanks. Has every single piece in the box, zero issues, great rears if you can get past the smaller heel guards.
