I bought a moto-D oil cap pre-drilled for safety wire, but I am having a hard time imagining where to put the other end of the wire. Where on the bike are you guys anchoring it?

Any pics?

Thanks!

This is the Rizoma cap but that's where you can anchor it.

PSR oil caps have a tab that will go under the case bolt to wire the cap to if you don't want to drill.

As usual, cheap one from ebay.
$15 i believe.
Bike just finished an endurance race over the weekend too with no leak from that part, so not bad I guess.

Hey nice cap.
Very speccy with the cover on the wire nice touch.

They are nice as I have one for my RSV4. I would recommend one. I changed the color of the tubing over the wire but it does come as pictured above.

I already ordered the moto-d one

But I think I will use the same mounting point Marmoot did. Would work for me!

Thanks, guys.

Just get yourself a clip so you don't have to rewire it every oil change unless you like the security of it better that way
