I am 6'5'' As Bill ....... used to say "I feel Your pain"
I looked at all the rearsets available and could not rationalize the cost.. I ended up with a set of adapters from Twisted Throttle

They have a adjustable set (for somewhere around $150.00 total) that allows the peg to be rotated around to get the height you want..
**What I really needed was to move the pegs back and up a little.. That gave me a better tuck in position and actually is more comfortable for me than the stock setting was.. (Lower is not always more comfortable for me anyway)
Plus more ground clearance for the track ( I have a 36" inseam...) If you got bad knees or limited flexibility etc. then this is NOT really the bike for you to ride for long distances anyway.. I'm 61 yrs old and still am Blessed with good flexibility etc. and seem to handle it well so it works fine for me..
** I moved the pegs around so that the extension arm was level with the peg mount *at the same angle...(so I did not have to have my boot out further at an angle because of the Extension arm) .. I used the shortest extension arm I could get. I believe it is the 30mm unit.. You basically get the adapter the extension arm and then pick the peg you like this moved the peg up about 20 mm and back 25 to 30 mm. Just right for me..** Plus the slightly longer peg give me much better leverage when transitioning in a quick switchback (such as in the chicane at COTA.) I press down a lot on the pegs while cornering to lower the center of gravity on the bike and make it turn in easier. I learned that from reading Keith Code's books. (He is THE MAN when it comes to teaching how to ride faster and safer on a track)
Admittedly, these pegs are not as fancy as a full rear set (but there are also none of the hassles of getting the new up/ down quickshifter to work or the rear brake light etc.) Not to mention saving a LOT of $$$
The pegs are very high quality and worked for me. They also have even more grip than the stock units and I retained the folding feature that helps keep them from grinding and possibly leveraging the bike off the ground) if I get a little over zealous in the corners LOL. (of course I still grind the toe caps off my SIDI Vortice boots etc) but with the added ground clearance this is not as much of a problem anyway.
