On there website it NOTE: Not compatible with 1299 Panigale
I think I will bite the bullet and get them anyways they look nice too

They will fit if you use different bolts. The stock passenger peg bolts are M6x13. I dont know the diameter provided with the hooks but you can modify them to work.
Note: if you have the NRC fender eliminator, this will not work.
Edit: i just saw they provide the bolts. I have no idea why this product wouldnt work now??

Also for bungee cords if carrying stuff on the back. Can't you contact Sato to see why it's not compatible?

Can some one with 1199 measure clearance between the tail and a heat shield, it looks like this hooks will not feet because of the new heatshield on 1299 clearance wise
