Scrambler site is live

Cool bike.

More practical and better looking than the transformers monster :D

Definitely a tastefully simplistic, nice looking bike. I'm glad to see Ducati introducing something like this into their lineup.

At at a price point of under $9K (USD) I believe this bike is going to do very well indeed.

Can't wait to see the DP accessory range ;-)

I have not bought my own Ducati street bike since....... well never, I've only bought my track bikes, I just ride our store demo models when I ride on the street. Until now! I will have a Scrambler, these things are exactly everything I need for a street bike and nothing I don't need, perfect and cheap! I ride like your Grandma on valium when I ride on the street anyway, I have no need for horsepower I just want something that is light and nimble, has decent brakes (which is usually what sucks on any other bikes in this space), classic looks, good gas mileage and comfortable. Scramble On my friends! ;-)

Interesting bike. I will give it a careful look, looks like fun to ride around town, wonder how the comfort is 2up.

It appears that the Scrambler will have the Monster 796 803cc air cooled engine or a variation of it at least. I wasn't aware of that until I saw the website.

I am liking the full throttle model.

It's the 803cc basic engine from the 796 Monster, but it's an 11 degree cam timing version of that engine so it has better low-mid response and loses a few top-end HP.

$8495 MSRP - Icon Red (+$100 for yellow)
$9995 MSRP for the other 3 versions

Haaaaaaaa….And it comes with a pair of skinny jeans and a stick on beard.

NOLA

Fortunately for you, there shouldn't be any risk of them invading New Orleans with all those Vespas filling up the showroom floor on Julia.
