Good thing we have a "Lounge" for WAY off topic stuff here eh?

Got my eye on a new Toro Lawn Mower and wondering if any members may have the same or any Toro products similar to this one since Im about to pull the trigger on it and would love to hear any feedback from yoos guys!

Its a choice between these two - obviously the higher priced one has more to offer with the cast iron deck and 5 yr warranty! (I know we love warranties here!)

Actually the price is $599 and this one is NOT available in chain stores.

Toro | 21" (53 cm) Personal Pace® Spin-Stop? (20383)

The alternative:

Toro l Recycler Blade Stop System Walk Mower, Model 20373

Also, another item on list is this sucker for $199

FS 56 RC-E Trimmer - Occasional Use Trimmers | STIHL USA Mobile

I know there are some lawn lovers out there so figured Id give it a shot.
Thanks!

Gunny

Gunny,
Being that I am out in West By God (WV) walk behinds are not to common (3 acres to cut). But I did work at home depot while I was in college in the garden area. Toro is an excellent brand as I'm sure you know. I would go with the 22" if it was my money. My father inlaw has had and old Briggs motor craftsmen for almost 10 years now and that thing is still going strong. Also the deck is really not a huge deal on a walk behind. Most commonly that is a selling point for riding mowers. Any reason in particular you picked toro? Their large mowers are amazing but as far as walk behinds go, 90% use a briggs engine and pretty simple design.

PS
I was hoping it was a weeds ? so I could pick up some tips :D

Well, picked them for that same fact. I had an AWESOME Zero Turn 55" deck that was a rocket ship since I had 2 + acres to cut then. This time its just less than half an acre w landscaping so need small self propelled mower I need and thought Id stay w Toro.

Stihl has always been good to me as well so guess one stays with works best and longest for them ya know? Thanks much!
