Shield It

Hi everyone,
I have always used the 3M panel covers from Shield It to protect the parts of my bike that is prone to stone chips and scuffing. I've just bought the 1299s and cant find the template for it anywhere in. I tried the 1199 kit, but it's very different. Does anyone know where I can get a kit?

I just got a piece of the 3M stuff and cut it to fit.

Tankslapper has it but the pattern isn't quite right IMHO. I believe they are working off 3M's own templates and are going to do their own in the next few weeks. And for what it's worth I was always a 3M guy until they suggested I try the Xpel ultimate film. Much easier to work with and more forgiving.

I've used both the 3M Scotchguard Pro and the Xpel Ultimate. Both are equal IMO and represent the newer generation of PPF products.

I would think the only that would be significantly different are the nose sections. You can always order the other pieces and get the updated nose section later on.

I'm only running the tank sections.
