Is anyone using an aftermarket shift indicator?

If so which one?

Looking for compatibility with my bike.

I don’t like the shift indicator on the stock display, it starts lighting up too early and too long, I want something a bit more intrusive too so I don’t have to look down at it. I saw the Healtech one, what are you guys using if anything?

I have also thought of adding the Healtech shift light. Too many projects right now and I would love to see if it worked for someone.

I wonder if you could retrofit the new dash to your bike.

That being said even the new shift light on the 22 V4's is still hard to see

I personally would not add anything to the cockpit // dash area.
On I2M dash you can customize the rpm lights, I have never done, to me its not important. When its about to redline, shift

You are a much more experienced rider Karl, where you just intuitively know you are about to hit redline…from experience…..I have a new exhaust, so the bike sounds different, and I’m much less experienced that you, I find myself shifting too early very often. Like 1200 or so RPM early.

I'm exactly the opposite. I'm not shifting when the dash light comes on (too early, I can adjust on my R6 which is 15 years older than this bike 😂), but then I find myself bouncing off the rev limiter. My purpose is track only/race though..
