Hey Guys,

Most of you know I sold my Tricolore a month ago after posting my track day video.
Yesterday I finally took delivery of my 14 MV Agusta F4RR.
I am in LOVE with this bike!
Many people were like "I can't believe you sold your pani for an MV"
Trust me I loved my pani, before that I had an 848evo.
I never knew much about MV's or cared for them until I test rode and F4RR.
The power band, handling, noise, looks, weight distribution etc... I was blown away.
Yes, it might be 40lbs heavier but unless if you are a PRO rider you can't even notice the difference.
After that test ride I didn't even think twice about selling the Tricolore to get the F4RR.

Yes there are many videos that state Ducs are better than MV's etc etc.
Guys, if you have never been on an MV you need to try it, simply AMAZING.

Now to each his own, I never was a fan of the V-twin but I loved everything else on the ducati's.

I will be taking the F4RR to the track on MAY 11-12 to the Homestead intl raceway. My go pro will document the track day and I will be up against the ZX-10's, 1199's, S1000's and many other great bikes. Look forward to making the video.

Attached are some pictures I took off the everglades while I was breaking int the new bike.
Enjoy :D

If you like a really heavy bike that looks like a Gixxer than more power to you dude....:D

Congrats! She's purdy.

What aftermarket pipes are those? Definitely need a sound clip and fly-by at WOT.

I miss my F4 1000R, she served me well for 18,000 miles with ZERO problems.

Hahha.. No hate here Chris.... Am I the only one who sees Gixxer in this bike??? It also weighs more dry than the 1199 wet...so thus its what? 40 lbs heavier???

I have a F4R and can testified that the MV is a more refine motorcycle, this is the way I describe the F4:
she is a woman around 35-40 years old, she knows what she want(speed),she is beautiful, she like attention to detail, she sound like no other bike out there, she look exotic and every motorcycle rider dream to own a ducati while the ducati rider dream to own an MV.

now the Panigale:
she is a teenage around 18-21, she is pretty just because she is something new, she is different than a lot bike out there but she is still a copy what the god of motorcycle design set as standard (Massimo Tamburini), her fuel map is full of STD,

right now ducati as a brand dont look too exotic, everybody knows is a ducati but when you park a MV people are going to approach you and ask you WTF is that?

make sure you get the full system is a most(oh boy the sound of that bike)

the mv F4 is one of the most beautiful motorcycle ever created.

let see how many mv we got is this forum here is my

Realy awesome bike! Congrats! Are those white lines below the air intakes, led's? I am just getting to know a new 1199S, really love the V2, but will keep my 4cyls as well :D

And when did Tamburini dictate that there should be no traditional frame on the bike? Between his Bimotas and the 916/F4, he always used trellis frames and almost all underseat exhausts. The 1199 is groundbreaking in that it has no traditional frame at all, and it the lightest liter+ superbike ever because of of it.

Obviously I have an affinity for MV Agusta, but the 1199 is not a copy of anything

Don't know how long you've been riding Steve, but the F4 has looked like that since 1999. The Gixxer is the one that has evolved in its styling to its current hot mess of cheapness.

And no, they don't look anything alike ;)

Jeff...First Gen 'Busa came out in '91 IIRC?? and that had the ugly mono headlamp...so .... I still claim this is a copy...but anyway..me being alone in my opinion is nothing new..lol..

Ohhh, you're a former Busa owner. That explains everything :D

the panigale still follow the lines of the 916,999,1098 if you pay attention to the faring you can seen the how similar those bikes are compare with the MV.
