Some new gear.

Went down with my best friend to cycle gear today.

He picked up some new alpinestar leather and gloves for 575 and some change. His leathers were pretty sweet for 430.

Me I picked up a nice Shoei RF 1100 and a set of Alpinestars GP plus gloves.

Nice! My helmet was 5 years old and it was time to ditch it. Been wanting gauntlet gloves for a while now.

Stoked, even though its in the 40's out headed out for a midnight ride.

good pick up outhouse. i had a pair of gp plus just upgraded to the gp pro. one advantage of the gp plus you can wear them under or over your jacket. personally i wore them under my jacket. it was just easier for me. i also crashed in the gp plus and they held up well. so well in fact i still have them.

I tried the RF 1200 and hated the fit and feel.
