Hey Guys,

I did a track day yesterday at Jennings with the dealership I bough the bike from. It was my first track day on a motorcycle, so needless to say I was slow :p . I still managed to get some photos of the event as well as shred a little rubber :D . It was nice since it was a private event and there was only probably 30 people.

Hope you enjoy the few pics.

Looks awesome! I haven't ridden there in several years, but that's a really fun track. I'll bet it was a blast ripping down the back straight through the kink on a Panigale!

I was slow too, don't feel bad!

And the kink is a blast...wide open from 11 until you break at 13! Not to mention the tiny straight; open it up coming out of 13, hit 4th then right back down to 3rd coming into 1 :D

Hey, it's ok. If you were super fast, you'd be in MotoGP!!

Looks like you had fun and that's all that matters. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks guys! I felt like my knee was very close to the ground, but it never touched. It must be further than I think :D

Hi Evol...noticed on one of your photos that you have the rear cylinder head heat shield in place...but no updated header heatshield installed? Isn't the updated header heatshield a better option to install?

Just wondering...I'm waiting for our updated heatshields to come in...

I never noticed a ton of heat from the back personally, it all came from the heads on the side - especially the right.

Im going to get the heatshields removed. I personally think it's worse now. I feel like it moves the heat closer to your legs.

Looks like a great day! I am taking the Pani to Willow Springs in two weeks and am excited to have the bike on the track. I previously rode the BMW S1000RR and thought it was too heavy, so this should be a good change....Cheers!
