Mark, since you are a true libertarian with victimization issues, go for the chlorinated cleaner. It's been banned in California so it must be your only choice. You do own an extra set of lungs, right?

The chlorinated stuff can produce a toxic fume if exposed to high heat. Not good if you have a hot water heater in your garage I would think.

I use the chlorinated stuff but only very rarely as I feel like every time I use it, I'm probably altering my DNA from the chemicals in it.
