Correct. Mine are not only cored but also loudified and have two types of screens to choose from on them. For this the base price is $390 at the full ceramic coating off the cans would run $120 (cans and sleeves).

Headers can be done for another $50, I also offer flapper valve removal.

I would like to see pictures of your in side core job to verify smoothness of cat removal so there is no interruption of flow

the cats will be removed 100%

if someone sends the cans to me, they are updated about every process step and i regularly provide pictures. the flow will be free'd up compared to before and there are no remains of the catalytic converters or other parts in the way. there's also a rerouting option to generate more flow, but that results in a very high noise level.

Doesn't have a check engine warning. You don't need anything. My full system obviously removes the motor and I didn't plug anything in.

If you don't do an upmap, REMOVING the servo throws a code, I know, mine is there now. woodcraft now is a dealer for the ServoBuddy to emulate the servo, about $50

I would like to see pictures of internals before I send you mine
Once I see this and all looks good I will send you mine ASAP

I didn't install anything. No upmap, no tune, nothing. No codes with full akras.

see attached. with cats removed and an LED light shining from the exhaust inlet. you can see the cat on the side.

and some results of the ceramic coating. headers (stock) have 18mm prongs and the flapper valve removed and are waiting to be installed on my bike since about 2 months...

ceramic coating is like spray painting. everyone can push a button on a can. the important part is the preparation and the heat cycle process. that's why it costs 5x-8x of the price of the can.

Phil,

I think I need to comeback for an upgrade....nice ceramic coating.:D

Phl: is the "ceramic coating" you're offering the VHT spray cans available at local automotive stores?

yes. if you do it, make sure all parts are 100% buffed with the 3M pads, completely dust- and grease free. follow the pint instructions and heat cycles:

2 thin coats, 1 wet coat. let sit and dry for an hour.
then 30 min at 200 F
then 30min cool
then 30 min at 400 F
then 30min cool
then 30 min at 600 F
then cool

you will need a fixture that allows positioning without parts touching and colliding.

that's why it's $50 or more and not just a $9 can ;)
