Just bought a new 2014 1199 and want to change out the tail lights, any recommendations???

I changed mine to the Comp Werkes integrated tail light which I'm happy with. It's pretty easy to install yourself.

To be honest, I think every kit on the market sucks. You can't see the turn signals. The CW solution, where its all in the taillight seems good, but the way its implemented is lacking.

I have the New Rage Cycle kit. I like the license plate placement, the fact that it works with the passenger foot pegs, but that's about it. The LEDs are placed in Plexiglass channels which are very rough cut and looks crudely finished. The metal housing was poorly made, and I had to bend it quite a bit to sit right. It mounts with double sided tape...WTF?

IMO, the Ducati Performance kit has turn signals you can actually see with a shorter and more sleek overall package, but has a matte carbon finish and as such is drastically overpriced.

Even better would be a NRC type kit that would replace the plastic under tail. Instead of being a sticky tape add-on, it would replace the under-tail plastic and have provisions for very bright turn signals.
