Radar detector mount for the fork mounting position. Mint condition. Includes a Techmount flat plate (I put velcro on there, but you can peel it off and use the mounting holes if desired). $50 shipped.

Hi Reborn:

Is it possible to mount this on the front fork below the front headlights, above the front fender? Reason I ask, is I am in Canada and radar detectors are not allowed, so I don't want to mount one in an obvious position. But if I could mount it below the front headlight, it would not be noticable and still give me good working condition for the Radar detector.
Let me know if the clamp would fit on the front fork of my 1299S.

I will check for you this weekend. I am thinking no, but will verify.

I don't think it's going to work. The fork gets larger down there, and this mount is really meant for the stem and sized accordingly.
