Texting and clueless.

Good for him. It's one thing to be driving and texting with your head up your a**, and another to attempt to intentionally assault you with a vehicle and then act like it's nothing.
 
I see someone is texting and driving...I should definitely pull out and ride in front of them.

Not defending her, but he's not that sharp either.
