the cheapest option is the the Kaoko friction lock.

Works great, can use it on multiple bikes if you have more than 1 and it's cheap. Takes some getting used to but better overall option than others due to price and being fixed to just 1 bike.

It is a full turn to the 'friction' so 3x the throttle rotation.
I've used it two years without issue. i got the aprilia version and JDJ used the duc version with his bar end mirrors.

I installed the Kaoko and it works great. Doesn’t accidentally lock or get stuck if that’s what you’re worried about. Use it smartly. On the highway it’s great.
