"WILL INSTALLATION OF THE SPACER KIT VOID MY WARRANTY?
No! There's no modification you can do to your bike that will void your warranty. If your dealership is telling you this, then they're dishonest, and you should find a new dealer. Unless a failure on your bike can be directly attributed to an aftermarket modification, the warranty will be fully honored."

I got them installed. Best mod u can do for under $1,000 ... and they’re only $40

they come with clear instructions and they include the fancy try bit too, highly recommend
They have some other cool products too and if u buy them all at once they give u a discount

I'm using a bent n trimmed zip-tie on my hyper. It's been working without issue for a year or 2. $40 for a $.07 3D print is crazy. If you can find a 3D print file you can send the data over to a large public library and have it printed for less than ten cents. Most large libraries have 3D printers and print pieces for pennies . Check Thingaverse.com or other publicly shared 3D print sites.

Gotta say, you spent a sh... load on this bike, 40 bucks isn’t going to hurt you.
How it works?
- Its very smooth at slow speeds
- You notice when changing gears, a lot smoother
- Much less jerky when riding
- Overall, much smoother to ride

I would definitely do it again if I didn’t have them.

$40 wtf? look in the kitchen draw, you are bound to find 5 things that you can make the spacers with. I also shimmed my throttle tube/bar clearance. As for the jerkiness, I think that's an indication of too much weight on the bars.

I rode motocross for years, I know what too much weight on hands is all about.. trust me, these are well worth it, definitely makes this beast easier to ride.
As far as finding a random thing for this is playing with you life. If it gets stuck at the wrong moment, your done. Just to save 40 bucks, I value my life too much.

Then enjoy the ride.
My hyper 950sp is a beast, the throttle spacers just let me feel control of every mm of throttle movement which makes the bike that much more fun.
I don’t like the jerky throttle response.

On my motocross bike I had something similar, huge difference in performance and bike finesse when needed.

Now just separate the trottlebody from the trottle (drag the trottle body to the left, and then turn the throttle 180 degrees. You will see that it is a smaller tighter fit for the knob (the one people put unnecessary spacers around). When you mount everything together there will be no slack in the twisting direction.

It should be noted that I also have taken some aluminum tape and built up the diameter of the handlebar, because the throttle is 1-2mm bigger in diameter. After finishing laying the tape really well (don't mind the one bump in the picture, that's the only one), I greased it in with copper paste. So now it glides like hell, smooth as heck, and zero slack in the radial direction.

Anyhow, you don't have to do this to do the one over. It just becomes even better with this.
