Throttle stuck issues

Hey everyone i have a 2019 v4s and i installed bar ends. Bike say for about 3 months and now the throttle gets stuck open. I loosened the ends and its fine but they are Not tight enough. any suggestions?

Yep I know that feeling.
You have overtightened the bar end and split the handlebar tube.
And it does not take much as the torque setting is really low.
The throttle side is really thin wall tube so you now need to either get a new handlebar tube or a set of clip ons. I went the clip on route as I wanted something a little more durable.

That’s what i Kinda of figured. Might do clip on As well then.

What is making contact exactly? The plastic or the rubber of the grip? And, is the contact with the bar itself or with the bar end? You may be able to put a large washer in that allows the end to sit with a gap?

I found the issue, the bar end split because of over tightening. I just ordered the ducabike adjustable clip ons.
