Just got my AEM titanium cush drives from BellissiMoto.

Oh what a thing of beauty and unbelievably light. Even though they are not cheap I wonder how many would add them when they were doing a gear change if they had a chance to handle them before hand.

<-- Jealous. I've checked several times on BellissiMoto's site and they were always back ordered. If they're in stock now I...must...resist.

I thought cush drives are supposed to be rubber to dampen gearchange shock? Am I still living in 1990s?
What are the benefits of titanium? And what are the negative side effects if any?

The cast-in attachment fasteners are titanium with an elastomeric material poured around them to damp vibration.

My titanium cush drives from my AEM setup are still going strong > 10 months now.

i just ordered mine and am curious is the cush drive different from 1st years?

my rubber is black but i have seen others light blue rubber?

I was told they had red or black in stock. I took black so my guess is that they come in different colors and I don't think they are rubber.

They do have other colors. I have black titanium. Your sprocket set up looks very cool indeed and I looking forward to seeing it on your unique bike.

While this kind of setup is expensive it is in my opinion well worth it, AEM really is a work of art and functionally delivers.

I did black gold black for my tri. Like you said, expensive but a work of art.

Titanium nuts on the way.

I can think of a better way to send 400 bucks on my bike....sorry. If it was "pounds" instead of "ounces" like they advertise, it might seem like an interesting thought.

I know the cushdrive is blue... i choose it..
what i meant was the rubber is different color
