I didn't want to use the bar ends that came with the TWM lever guard as they are light weight and the 7/8" diameter looked dinky. I prefer the stock bar ends because of the 6-7oz weight to help reduce vibration and they look beefier, but are obviously to big to attach the lever guard to. So I took the bar end to my local machine shop and had the center milled down to 7/8" while leaving a shoulder to match the clutch side bar end.
Think the result is stellar.
