OK OK I remembered the joke...

Why did you talk to 50 doctors before finding one that would do the work on you for $20K+? Go to any hospital in Bangkok and they'd do it no questions asked for like $3K including airfare and hotel. You could even work off the surgery cost at their many AWESOME red light districts.
 
I guess that rules out the possibility of calling her a right ..., since she no longer has one.
