After every ride the garage wreaks of gas vapor. Went ahead and bought an explosive gas sniffer and it confirms the presence of atleast 50ppm gas vapors coming from this part of the bike(check the video). Other locations, even above the gas tank, don’t trigger the alarm. Any ideas?

No, those hoses are off to the side. On the V2 and similar the bottom of the tank makes up the top of the air box and the area near the ignition is the highest point. I’d pull the tank off and check the seal.
