I like it.

That is 10 levels up from Suzukis bold new graphics, and the bike has been changed LOL

I just don't understand why Ducati doesn’t want something like this one straight from factory.

wonder who did the work? Is it paint or vinyl?

The bike was supplied by Ducati to the official distributor in the Philippines for display at the motor show, so it's fully licensed.

On the second question, not sure, but it looks like paint. I was told it looks even better in person.

a lot of cbr repsol riding in the streets.

I consider that more of a branding opportunity than sponsorship. Similar to the wildly popular and successful Repsol bikes worldwide, I could see a Marlboro Ducati or a Red Bull KTM or Monster Energy Yamaha possibly hitting the showroom floors on a limited basis as a result of some type of high-dollar exclusive deal. Personally, I like the MotoGP livery but I understand those are short-term. Same thing with official merchandise (i.e. one piece suits).
