S and base are the same part # 
. That would kinda eliminate any differences I would think….
Pretty sure I have a brand new take off headlight from a v4r that was purchased for track use. If I do, it’s $625 shipped because that’s what I have in it. I’ll toss in a mint plastic cover with Ducati logo for $75.
