Anyone else feel like their stock rear sets are too low? I took my V4S to the track for the first time over the weekend and I really noticed they seem too low, like in lean I have a little trouble getting my outside leg to lock into the right spot on the side of the tank. It seems due to the low position of the peg my leg wants to lock in on the sub frame. It kinda bugged me a bit on the track, was curious what the consensus might be on this. Im 5ft 8in (68cm) so a little on the short end so perhaps thats why.

Side note, first time at the track on a Duc and this bike is a dream on the track, even with stock tires. I cannot wait till next time with slicks and some crash protection installed for piece of mind.

The stock rearsets are low. I'm a mediocre rider at best, and I was scraping them a few track days in. 44teeth also mentioned it when they did a V4/RSV4 shootout, how they went through multiple sets of toe sliders on the V4. I suppose they're good for the road, more comfortable, but aftermarket rearsets are a necessity on track.

Thanks, and yes I toe scraped and hit the peg a few times as well. Guess it’s time for some new rear sets

Just installed a set of duca bike rear sets, what a difference, now my knee locks in where it belongs. I set it to highest and farthest back setting.
