Just looking at the pics makes me wonder if they are the OEM.
ETA: It looks like they are. They even have the Ducati logo and p/n cast into them.

I don't know if your bike has the cross brace. I have a 2021 V4S and its present on it.

I bought the Carbon frames from them, about half that from Ducati. They are all Ducati product however the new Ducati frames from Tamburini unless otherwise noted are “track/off road only” “no serial numbers” which is why they are much less expensive.

I seen that there track only , which is fine cause my bike is track only
